When you use the contact form, we collect your name, organisation, email address, enquiry type and message. We also process limited technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website, such as server and security logs.

Our website is hosted by Manus, whose platform automatically collects aggregated usage statistics (pages viewed, referrer, device/browser type). These do not use cookies or local storage and are not used to identify you. Manus acts as our processor.

We use enquiry information to respond to and follow up enquiries about our services, keep an accountable record of the enquiry, and protect and operate the website securely. We use website analytics only to understand how the website is used, maintain its performance and improve its clarity; we do not use it for advertising or to make decisions about individual visitors.

Our lawful basis for handling enquiries and website analytics is legitimate interests under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f): responding to prospective clients, maintaining an accountable record of enquiries, protecting business communications, operating a useful website and understanding its general use. We consider this processing proportionate and do not use enquiry information for unrelated marketing.

If an enquiry leads to an engagement, we may also process relevant information where necessary to take steps before entering into, or to perform, a contract, and to comply with legal obligations.

We keep enquiry data for 24 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted, unless it becomes necessary to retain it for a client engagement, legal claim, accounting purpose or other legal obligation. Where that happens, we retain it only for the applicable purpose and period.

We share information only with the following processors where necessary to operate the website, receive enquiries and provide services:

• Manus — website hosting and analytics.
• Google Workspace / Google — receiving enquiry emails in the Levantis mailbox.
• AI service providers used under Levantis’s AI Assurance controls — AI-assisted drafting only where permitted by the engagement and subject to professional review.

We do not sell personal data or share enquiry data with advertising networks.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability.
