Levantis uses AI tools to accelerate drafting for compliance documentation, risk assessment and method statements, and bid-related content. AI is used as a drafting accelerator, not a decision-maker.
Professional sign-off
No AI-generated output is issued to a client, submitted on a client’s behalf, or relied upon operationally until it has been reviewed and formally signed off by a qualified Levantis professional.
Professional judgement
Professional judgement determines final content, risk ratings and recommendations. AI does not replace contextual assessment, competent-person review or professional responsibility.
Confidential information and restricted AI use
Levantis treats client, bid, tender and project information as confidential and uses it only for the agreed professional purpose. Before using an AI-assisted workflow, we consider the information involved and the requirements that apply to the engagement.
Where a client’s tender, contract, information-security requirement or confidentiality instruction prohibits information from being entered into an AI-enabled service, Levantis will not use AI for that material. We will instead use appropriate non-AI working methods, or an approach expressly authorised by the client.
When AI-assisted drafting is appropriate, it supports the preparation of work; it does not replace professional judgement. Material outputs remain subject to competent-person review and sign-off. Levantis does not use client confidential information to develop or train public-facing AI tools.
Professional indemnity insurance
Levantis maintains appropriate professional indemnity insurance for the professional services it provides. Evidence of cover can be made available on request, subject to normal confidentiality and contractual requirements.
