Direct senior input, organised around the work in front of you.

Levantis is built around a simple principle: clients know who is responsible for the work, what will be delivered and how the next decision will be made.

A practical route from brief to agreed output.

  1. 01

    Clarify the requirement

Jamie starts with the deadline, scope, buyer expectations and the evidence already available. The first outcome is a clear view of the instruction and the priorities.

  2. 02

    Set the evidence plan

The work is organised around the documents, controls, responsibilities and records needed for the tender, project stage or business objective.

  3. 03

    Prepare and review

Jamie prepares the agreed material, coordinates review points and signs off the final output before it is issued, submitted or relied upon.

  4. 04

    Hand over with clarity

You receive the agreed deliverables, an action record and a clear route for the next stage of work—whether that is submission, mobilisation, audit or ongoing support.

The work remains personal, accountable and controlled.

Jamie leads each instruction personally. Technology is used where it improves structure or speed, but professional judgement, confidentiality and final sign-off remain with the named practitioner responsible for the work.

Read the AI assurance statement

You know who is leading the work, who is reviewing the output and what you will receive.

A clear answer before an engagement begins.

Why work with Levantis rather than a larger consultant?

Levantis is founder-led. You work directly with Jamie Carraher, CMIOSH, MIIRSM, from the first conversation through to delivery and sign-off. The work is structured around your requirement, with direct senior input rather than an account-management layer.

Can Levantis support confidential tender and client information?

Yes. Client instructions govern how information is handled. Where tender, contract or client terms prohibit the use of an AI-enabled service, Levantis does not use AI for that material and uses non-AI or client-authorised methods instead.

How does Levantis use AI in client work?

AI is used only as a governed drafting aid where appropriate. Jamie reviews and signs off every issued output. No AI-generated content is submitted on a client’s behalf or relied upon operationally until that professional review is complete.

What does an engagement look like?

Levantis takes on defined bid deadlines, project stages and retained advisory. The scope, deliverables, review points and commercial approach are agreed at the start of each instruction.

Start with the requirement, not a sales script.

Tell Jamie what you are bidding, delivering or improving. The first conversation sets out a practical route forward.
